April 4, 2005. Microsoft today released the Experience Pack for Tablet PC, a set of six Tablet PC utilities that includes an updated version of the Snipping Tool developed by Leszynski Group. Snipping Tool 2.0 includes new and powerful features designed exclusively for the Experience Pack, and Leszynski Group was excited to once again author this application. Snipping Tool 2.0 has already been called "an impressive tool" and "a joy to use" by early reviewers of the Experience Pack.
August 1, 2002. Leszynski Group has been selected by Microsoft's Tablet PC Group to provide mentorship and support for visitors to the Microsoft Tablet PC Developer Web site. Leszynski Group will create articles, sample code, and downloadable components for use by ink application developers. [full story]
June 25, 2002. Jeff Raikes, Microsoft's Group Vice President for Productivity and Business Services, delivered today's keynote address at the annual TechXNY conference. During his address (titled Next Generation Knowledge Worker Productivity), Raikes used a Tablet PC to demonstrate an early release of the Microsoft Snippet PowerToy utility; Snippet is being developed by Leszynski Group for public release in November on one or more Microsoft Web sites. June 1, 2002. Leszynski Group founder Stan Leszynski was featured in this month's edition of Washington CEO magazine. Stan and several other prominent Seattle-area information technology executives were invited by Washington CEO to participate in a spirited roundtable discussion on the topic of IT project management and quality assurance. June 25, 2002. Two of Leszynski Group's utilities were mentioned today in the first formal press coverage of its Tablet PC PowerToys applications. CNET News.com provided "teaser" information about the Snippet and Journalist PowerToy applications being developed by Leszynski Group. [full article]
March 1, 2002. Microsoft today selected Leszynski Group to create the first business applications for the forthcoming Tablet PC platform. Leszynski Group will develop multiple utilities for use inside Microsoft, for Microsoft's Tablet PC early-adopter customers, and for public download from Microsoft.com. All applications will be designed specifically to demonstrate the power of digital ink on the Tablet PC platform.
March 30, 2001. Leszynski Group announced today that it was selected by Underhill Training and Development to create a COM add-in solution that transforms Microsoft Outlook's appointment request features into a robust meeting management tool. [full story] | ||||
