Stan Leszynski

Stan Leszynski started the company in 1982. His 33 year background in information technology includes leading and growing Leszynski Group as well as creating multiple startup companies, including a software company, a training company, and an online commerce business. He is equally comfortable with complex technologies and complicated business strategies. He has designed leading-edge applications for hundreds of clients.

Stan is a published book author and magazine columnist, and a noted public speaker who has lectured to over 10,000 software developers in the United States and Europe at industry events like VSLive! and Microsoft's Tech·Ed. He authored a pioneering work on structured development standards ('Using Consistent Naming Conventions') that appeared on Microsoft Developer Network and in over a dozen books and has been used by more than a million application developers worldwide.

Stan is a co-founder and/or charter member of several non-profit industry and business organizations, including the Northwest Entrepreneur Network and the Washington Software Association. He is a native of Seattle, where he resides with his wife Joan and three children. He graduated from Western Washington University with a Business degree and Computer Science minor. An avid global vagabond, Stan has wandered around 52 foreign countries with a backpack on.
