Leszynski Group began life in 1982, during the birth of the IBM PC, to design and author software solutions for business.  The company developed proficiency in database and development technologies, and grew over the years to be a market leader in software technology.  Check out this abbreviated timeline of innovations and milestones:

1982: Created a store directory for Frederick and Nelson's using MS-BASIC.  This was the first application written for the first Seattle PC Reseller.

1987: Wrote R:Tools utility and sold it to Microrim.  This became the bestselling developer toolset ever for R:BASE.

1990: Authored article "The Database War" for PC Magazine, comparing dBASE and R:BASE.  This was used as the cover story.

1992: Recruited by Microsoft to review and test Microsoft Access early alpha.  Became the first solution provider to build Access applications.

1994: Created the Calendar ActiveX control for Microsoft Office.  This was the first ActiveX component for Office and still ships today in the product box.

1995: Designed trust accounting database solution for Washington Mutual Bank.  This application paid for itself in the first 30 days of use.

2000: Created revolutionary XML-driven data mart for T-Mobile.  This application reduced query times from several days to a few seconds.

2002: Created the Snipping Tool and Tablet Pool applications for the Tablet PC.  Microsoft distributes them as PowerToy utilities on its Web site.

2005: Created the first Tablet PC application used at any Toyota production facility.  This application digitized and mobilized quality control inspections.
